Resume and account information may not be deleted immediately and may be retained in an anonymized form for analytical purposes.

BeMyHR has no obligation to provide data portability or data transfer services upon account deletion.
5. User Responsibilities & Consent

BeMyHR’s total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last three months before a claim.
8. Limitation of User Rights
While BeMyHR complies with PIPEDA (Canada) and PIPA (Alberta), user rights are subject to business interests:

Access Requests: BeMyHR may deny requests that impose an unreasonable financial, legal, or operational burden.

Data Corrections: Users are responsible for reviewing their own data before submission. BeMyHR is not obligated to update historical records.
