Services Provided &amp; Business Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"877\" class=\"\">BeMyHR provides an AI-powered resume creation service that includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"1023\">\n<li data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"926\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"926\" class=\"\">AI-generated resumes tailored to user input.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"973\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"973\" class=\"\">Subscription-based access to our platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1023\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1023\" class=\"\">Payment processing via third-party providers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1053\" class=\"\">BeMyHR does not guarantee:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1236\">\n<li data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1122\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1122\" class=\"\">Job placement, recruitment outcomes, or interview opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1185\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1185\" class=\"\">Compatibility of resumes with all job application systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1236\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1236\" class=\"\">Uninterrupted service access or system uptime.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1292\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1290\">2.1. Service Modifications &amp; Discontinuation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1559\">\n<li data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1397\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1397\" class=\"\">BeMyHR reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without liability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1492\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1492\" class=\"\">We may modify pricing, subscription plans, or feature availability at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1559\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1559\" class=\"\">Users have no right to claim compensation for service changes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1608\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1606\">3. User Eligibility &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1635\" class=\"\">To use BeMyHR, you must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1826\">\n<li data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1711\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1711\" class=\"\">Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1768\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1768\" class=\"\">Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1826\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1826\" class=\"\">Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1856\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1854\">User Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"2134\">\n<li data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1940\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1940\" class=\"\">Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse BeMyHR\u2019s AI systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2024\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2024\" class=\"\">Users assume full responsibility for their resume content and its consequences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2134\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2134\" class=\"\">Users may not hold BeMyHR liable for any job-related rejections, lost opportunities, or hiring decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2180\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2178\">4. Account Management &amp; Termination<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2442\">\n<li data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2299\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2299\" class=\"\">BeMyHR reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts at its sole discretion without prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2366\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2366\" class=\"\">Users forfeit all access to services upon account termination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2442\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2442\" class=\"\">Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2480\" class=\"\">BeMyHR may terminate accounts for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2635\">\n<li data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2527\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2527\" class=\"\">Providing false or misleading information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2586\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2586\" class=\"\">Unauthorized access or misuse of AI-generated content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2635\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2635\" class=\"\">Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2686\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2684\">5. Subscription, Billing &amp; Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2957\">\n<li data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2784\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2784\" class=\"\">BeMyHR charges subscription fees via credit card payments processed by third-party providers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2869\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2869\" class=\"\">By subscribing, users authorize automatic recurring payments until cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2957\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2872\" data-end=\"2957\" class=\"\">No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods, except as required by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"2999\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"2997\">5.1. Subscription Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3176\">\n<li data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3058\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3058\" class=\"\">Users may cancel at any time through account settings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3059\" data-end=\"3176\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3176\" class=\"\">Upon cancellation, access is revoked immediately, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3221\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3181\" data-end=\"3219\">6. Data Use, Retention &amp; Ownership<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3222\" data-end=\"3367\" class=\"\">By using BeMyHR, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your resume data for the purpose of service delivery.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3369\" data-end=\"3601\">\n<li data-start=\"3369\" data-end=\"3421\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3371\" data-end=\"3421\" class=\"\">BeMyHR owns all AI-generated content and models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3522\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3424\" data-end=\"3522\" class=\"\">User data may be retained for business, legal, and analytical purposes, even after cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3523\" data-end=\"3601\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3525\" data-end=\"3601\" class=\"\">BeMyHR has no obligation to return or transfer user data upon termination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3603\" data-end=\"3638\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3607\" data-end=\"3636\">6.1. Data Deletion Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"3815\">\n<li data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"3722\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3641\" data-end=\"3722\" class=\"\">BeMyHR reserves the right to retain anonymized user data after account closure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3723\" data-end=\"3815\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3725\" data-end=\"3815\" class=\"\">Users must request deletion in writing, and requests are granted at BeMyHR\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3817\" data-end=\"3867\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3820\" data-end=\"3865\">7. Disclaimers &amp; Limitations of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3868\" data-end=\"3909\" class=\"\">To the fullest extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3910\" data-end=\"4147\">\n<li data-start=\"3910\" data-end=\"3966\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3912\" data-end=\"3966\" class=\"\">BeMyHR disclaims all warranties, express or implied.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3967\" data-end=\"4147\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3969\" data-end=\"3993\" class=\"\">We are not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4147\">\n<li data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4038\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3998\" data-end=\"4038\" class=\"\">User reliance on AI-generated content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4041\" data-end=\"4099\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4043\" data-end=\"4099\" class=\"\">Loss of income, employment, or business opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4102\" data-end=\"4147\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4104\" data-end=\"4147\" class=\"\">Unauthorized access or security breaches.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4149\" data-end=\"4173\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4149\" data-end=\"4171\">Maximum Liability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4174\" data-end=\"4294\">\n<li data-start=\"4174\" data-end=\"4294\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4176\" data-end=\"4294\" class=\"\">BeMyHR\u2019s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the last three months before a claim.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4296\" data-end=\"4365\" class=\"\">Users expressly waive the right to claim damages beyond this limit.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4367\" data-end=\"4394\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4392\">8. Indemnification<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4395\" data-end=\"4713\">\n<li data-start=\"4395\" data-end=\"4621\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4397\" data-end=\"4452\" class=\"\">You agree to indemnify and hold BeMyHR harmless from:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4455\" data-end=\"4621\">\n<li data-start=\"4455\" data-end=\"4502\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4457\" data-end=\"4502\" class=\"\">Any legal claims related to resume content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4505\" data-end=\"4562\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4507\" data-end=\"4562\" class=\"\">Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4565\" data-end=\"4621\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4567\" data-end=\"4621\" class=\"\">Employment rejections based on AI-generated content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4623\" data-end=\"4713\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4625\" data-end=\"4713\" class=\"\">BeMyHR is not responsible for third-party interactions, including recruiter decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4715\" data-end=\"4757\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4718\" data-end=\"4755\">9. User Eligibility &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1635\" class=\"\">To use BeMyHR, you must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1826\">\n<li data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1711\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1711\" class=\"\">Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1768\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1768\" class=\"\">Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1826\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1826\" class=\"\">Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1856\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1854\">User Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"2134\">\n<li data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1940\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1940\" class=\"\">Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse BeMyHR\u2019s AI systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2024\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2024\" class=\"\">Users assume full responsibility for their resume content and its consequences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2134\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2134\" class=\"\">Users may not hold BeMyHR liable for any job-related rejections, lost opportunities, or hiring decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2180\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2178\">4. Account Management &amp; Termination<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2442\">\n<li data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2299\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2299\" class=\"\">BeMyHR reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts at its sole discretion without prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2366\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2366\" class=\"\">Users forfeit all access to services upon account termination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2442\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2442\" class=\"\">Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2480\" class=\"\">BeMyHR may terminate accounts for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2635\">\n<li data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2527\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2527\" class=\"\">Providing false or misleading information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2586\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2586\" class=\"\">Unauthorized access or misuse of AI-generated content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2635\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2635\" class=\"\">Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2686\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2684\">5. Subscription, Billing &amp; Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2957\">\n<li data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2784\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2784\" class=\"\">BeMyHR charges subscription fees via credit card payments processed by third-party providers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2869\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2869\" class=\"\">By subscribing, users authorize automatic recurring payments until cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2957\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"2872\" data-end=\"2957\" class=\"\">No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods, except as required by law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"2999\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"2997\">5.1. Subscription Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3176\">\n<li data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3058\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3058\" class=\"\">Users may cancel at any time through account settings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3059\" data-end=\"3176\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3176\" class=\"\">Upon cancellation, access is revoked immediately, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3221\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3181\" data-end=\"3219\">6. Data Use, Retention &amp; Ownership<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3222\" data-end=\"3367\" class=\"\">By using BeMyHR, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your resume data for the purpose of service delivery.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3369\" data-end=\"3601\">\n<li data-start=\"3369\" data-end=\"3421\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3371\" data-end=\"3421\" class=\"\">BeMyHR owns all AI-generated content and models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3522\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3424\" data-end=\"3522\" class=\"\">User data may be retained for business, legal, and analytical purposes, even after cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3523\" data-end=\"3601\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3525\" data-end=\"3601\" class=\"\">BeMyHR has no obligation to return or transfer user data upon termination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3603\" data-end=\"3638\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3607\" data-end=\"3636\">6.1. Data Deletion Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"3815\">\n<li data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"3722\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3641\" data-end=\"3722\" class=\"\">BeMyHR reserves the right to retain anonymized user data after account closure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3723\" data-end=\"3815\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3725\" data-end=\"3815\" class=\"\">Users must request deletion in writing, and requests are granted at BeMyHR\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3817\" data-end=\"3867\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"3820\" data-end=\"3865\">7. Disclaimers &amp; Limitations of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3868\" data-end=\"3909\" class=\"\">To the fullest extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3910\" data-end=\"4147\">\n<li data-start=\"3910\" data-end=\"3966\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3912\" data-end=\"3966\" class=\"\">BeMyHR disclaims all warranties, express or implied.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3967\" data-end=\"4147\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3969\" data-end=\"3993\" class=\"\">We are not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4147\">\n<li data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4038\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"3998\" data-end=\"4038\" class=\"\">User reliance on AI-generated content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4041\" data-end=\"4099\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4043\" data-end=\"4099\" class=\"\">Loss of income, employment, or business opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4102\" data-end=\"4147\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4104\" data-end=\"4147\" class=\"\">Unauthorized access or security breaches.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4149\" data-end=\"4173\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4149\" data-end=\"4171\">Maximum Liability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4174\" data-end=\"4294\">\n<li data-start=\"4174\" data-end=\"4294\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4176\" data-end=\"4294\" class=\"\">BeMyHR\u2019s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the last three months before a claim.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4296\" data-end=\"4365\" class=\"\">Users expressly waive the right to claim damages beyond this limit.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4367\" data-end=\"4394\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4392\">8. Indemnification<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4395\" data-end=\"4713\">\n<li data-start=\"4395\" data-end=\"4621\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4397\" data-end=\"4452\" class=\"\">You agree to indemnify and hold BeMyHR harmless from:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4455\" data-end=\"4621\">\n<li data-start=\"4455\" data-end=\"4502\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4457\" data-end=\"4502\" class=\"\">Any legal claims related to resume content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4505\" data-end=\"4562\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4507\" data-end=\"4562\" class=\"\">Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4565\" data-end=\"4621\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4567\" data-end=\"4621\" class=\"\">Employment rejections based on AI-generated content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4623\" data-end=\"4713\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4625\" data-end=\"4713\" class=\"\">BeMyHR is not responsible for third-party interactions, including recruiter decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4715\" data-end=\"4757\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4718\" data-end=\"4755\">9. Governing Law &amp; Legal Disputes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4758\" data-end=\"5066\">\n<li data-start=\"4758\" data-end=\"4837\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4760\" data-end=\"4837\" class=\"\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and Canada.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4838\" data-end=\"4908\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4840\" data-end=\"4908\" class=\"\">Any legal disputes must be resolved exclusively in Alberta courts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4909\" data-end=\"4975\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4911\" data-end=\"4975\" class=\"\">Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4976\" data-end=\"5066\" class=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"4978\" data-end=\"5066\" class=\"\">Disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration before pursuing legal action.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"5068\" data-end=\"5097\" class=\"\"><strong data-start=\"5071\" data-end=\"5095\">10.
